Basically they are the same services with the following differences:
In Igglo Vuokravakuus:

- The tenant orders the service and pays the service fees
- Igglo will check the credit and enforcement register, and after that the landlord only needs to accept the service through his/her email
- The deposit contract will be signed electronically by accepting the service through email
- The service includes 100-300€ (depends on the chosen coverage of the service) additional coverage if the chosen coverage isn’t enough to cover the costs
In Igglo Vakuusturva:

- The landlord orders the service and pays the service fees
- The responsibility to check the tenant’s credit is on the landlord
- Igglo will send the contract and information to the tenant by email, but getting the signatures to the deposit contract is the landlord’s responsibility as well
- The service includes 500€ additional coverage if the chosen coverage isn’t enough to cover the costs
