- Tap the human icon in the middle at the top to access the profile view
- If you are not a user yet, register as a user first
- Or sign in at the bottom of "Onko sinulla jo Igglo Rent -tili? Kirjaudu sisään."
- Select "Igglo Vuokravakuus" from the view
- Click the green button "Hanki Igglo Vuokravakuus" that will show up
- In the next step, the app will check your credit information by clicking "Tarkista kelpoisuuteni"
- The system will ask you to authenticate through either your bank or mobile certificate in order to verify your credit information
- If there is a mark in your credit information, then the application will not proceed from this step, and then you will not be able to take Igglo Vuokravakuus service in your own name. Please contact our customer service, if you wish to use the service in this case.
- If your credit information is OK, the app will open with a view titled "Kaikki kunnossa." Click "määritä" on the page to fill in the information requested by the application.
- Whenever you have filled in the information in the section, be sure to press "OK" at the bottom to save your answer
- As you fill in the information, the information you entered will appear in black text in the "Kaikki kunnossa" view
- Check that all the information is correct and especially the landlord's email, otherwise the acceptance request of the service will not reach the landlord
- If some of the information needs to be corrected, press "muokkaa" on the page and then "OK"

- Select "Minulla on tai otan asuntooni kotivakuutuksen" (this means that you guarantee that you have or you will take home insurance for your apartment) and press "Siirry maksamaan"
- Choose coverage of the service (1, 2 or 3 months) and billing period (monthly or yearly)
- Select a payment card
- If you have previously connected a payment card to your account, it is automatically selected
- If you need to add a new card, or you want to change your payment card, press "Muokkaa", then "Lisää uusi kortti" in the view that opens, enter the requested information and press "✓" in the upper right corner. After the addition, select the new card so that the "✓" sign appears next to it and you can return to the other information.
- Press "Vahvista maksutapa"
- The application will ask you to confirm the payment now, but will not charge it until the start date of the contract
- If the contract start date is the same day or has already passed, our system will attempt to charge you after the landlord accepts the service through the acceptance request
- Please note that no fees will be charged until your landlord has accepted the service, and if your landlord rejects it, then no fees will be charged, even if you have already confirmed the payment.
- Press "Vahvista maksu"
- The service has now been ordered and the text "Odottaa vuokranantajan hyväksyntää" should appear. Igglo will check your enforcement register and then send a request to the landlord to accept it.
- Under "Näytä tiedot" below you will see the details of taken Igglo Vuokravakuus
- If at this point you notice an error in the contract’s information, you can request a correction from our customer service
- You will receive an email when the enforcement register check is passed and the acceptance email has been sent to your landlord
- If your landlord has not received a request for approval, check that the landlord's email is written correctly and ask him/her to check his/her trash box as well
- Once your landlord has accepted the security deposit, you will receive a notification in your email and the application should now display "Homma hoidossa!" in the service information

- Your Igglo Vuokravakuus is now in order and the related fees will be charged on the start date of the contract
- You will always receive a receipt in your email when payments are debited from your account and you will also be notified if, for any reason, the charge fails
