What are the requirements for Igglo Vuokravakuus?

Requirements for Igglo Vuokravakuus are:

• Written rental agreement
• The tenant is at least 18 years old natural person
• The tenant has clean credit information and clean enforcement register
• There is a home insurance in the apartment

In addition, the tenant has to authenticate him/herself when ordering the service. This happens through either Finnish bank or mobile certificate in order to verify the credit information. Therefore, Finnish social security number and Finnish bank card are required.
