- Log in from Igglo’s website
- If you are not an user yet, register as a landlord at the bottom under "Eikö sinulla ole vielä tiliä? Rekisteröidy"

- Select the apartment you want to take the service to
- If your apartment is not in Igglo yet, continue by adding the apartment first

- When you click on the selected apartment, the profile page of the apartment opens and at the top of the page there is the section “Igglo Vakuusturva”. Click “Ota Igglo Vakuusturva”
- Choose coverage of the service (1, 2 or 3 months) and billing period (monthly or yearly), and press “Jatka sopimustietoihin”
- Fill in the requested information about the landlord, apartment and tenant
- If the landlord is a company, you can at this point enter the company information in the landlord's information
- If the apartment is rented to a company, for example as an employee's apartment, then you can’t write the company's information in the tenant's information as the tenant in the service contract has to be a natural person. In that case you should contact our customer service.
- In case of exchange of deposit, i.e. the tenancy has started earlier, but the previously paid deposit is exchanged for Igglo Vakuusturva, then you should mark the date when the deposit has been exchanged (when the landlord can return the old deposit and Igglo Vakuusturva comes into effect) in “Vuokrasopimuksen alkamispäivä” section
- Review the terms and conditions of the service (unfortunately we only have these in Finnish) and select “Hyväksyn sopimusehdot” (“I accept the terms and conditions”). Make sure that all the information is correct and press “Jatka maksamaan”
- Choose your payment card
- If you have previously connected a payment card to the service, it is automatically selected
- If you need to add a new card or you want to change your payment card, press “Lisää uusi kortti" and enter the requested information
- Press “Vahvista maksutapa”
- The system will confirm the payment now, but will not charge it until the start date of the contract
- If the start date is the same day or has already passed, our system will attempt to charge you immediately
- The service has now been ordered and the deposit contract with the terms and conditions has been sent to both you and the tenant by email
- If you or your tenant notice an error in the contract information, please contact our customer service

- Sign the deposit contract with the tenant
- We don’t need signed contracts with us at this stage, but we may request them in the case of using the deposit for some costs, so it is a good idea to save them for the future

- Everything is now in order and the service fees will be charged on the start date of the contract
- You will always receive a receipt in your email when payments are debited from your account and you will also be notified if, for any reason, the charge fails
